Privacy
ImpressCV handles personal career data, including resumes, job descriptions, cover letters, generated application content, account details, and payment status. We use this information to provide the product, improve reliability, and help you export or save your application materials.
Your resume data
Uploaded and generated resumes are stored privately in your account. We do not sell your resume data. We do not use your private resume content to train public AI models.
AI processing
When you ask ImpressCV to parse, analyze, tailor, or write application materials, the relevant resume and job description text is sent to the configured AI provider so the request can be completed.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of saved resumes, generated letters, and account data by contacting support. Self-serve deletion controls may also be available inside your account.
